Shipping policy

Charlotte Rose & Co. currently ships all online orders through the carrier of choice (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). This choice is dependent on the package destination and speed of delivery. Please understand these factors vary by the day.

Carrier Damage Responsibility/Damaged in Transit

Charlotte Rose & Co. is not liable for damage that occurs after an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier. Any claims for items damaged in transit must be submitted by the recipient directly to the carrier, as required by the carrier’s terms of service. Replacement or reimbursement is subject solely to the carrier’s claim process.

If packages are returned to Charlotte Rose & Co. due to an incorrect address provided, the customer is solely responsible for any delay in shipment and paying for new labels for reshipment.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is offered to each customer at checkout. This allows Charlotte Rose & Co. to help insure the package for customers. Charlotte Rose & Co. will help to replace a lost package when shipping protection is selected and paid for at checkout.
