At Charlotte Rose & Co., each item is carefully produced in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis and must be authorized by Charlotte Rose & Co. prior to being processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not shipped.
Approved cancellations within this window will incur a 25% restocking fee to cover non-refundable credit card and transaction processing fees.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance, including pre-orders.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@charlotteroseco.com and we will happily make it right.
Pre-Order Policy
Some items in our shop may be offered as pre-orders. When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in inventory but currently in production.
Pre-orders help ensure customers can secure high-demand products before they sell out.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.
Shipping Timeline
Pre-orders include an estimated shipping timeframe, but these dates may change due to factors outside of our control, including:
• Production delays
• International shipping timelines
• Customs processing
• Holidays or supplier delays
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that shipping timelines may fluctuate.
Charlotte Rose & Co. ships all pre-orders as soon as inventory arrives.
